Phil Pryzmont - 2007 Snow Machine Support

Phil Pryzmont likes to hunt and fish and be outdoors more than anyone most people have ever met. Living in rural Alaska, this has led to putting more time in on snowmachines and boats than most sane people would think reasonable, plus a good amount of dog mushing to round things out. Luckily, there are a few other hardy people around who like to do these same things, so he's not alone in his passions. Used to be, in other parts of the country where traveling by horseback, men would say a place wasn't worth going to unless you could get there by horse. Pretty much the same can be said of Phil for modern day, but in rural Alaska. If you can't get there by snowmachine, boat, or dog team, it's probably not a place worth going, and there's always something to hunt along the way.

Phil lives outside of Nome, Alaska with his wife Erica and fifteen dogs. He is a commercial fisherman who fishes for halibut and king crab from his two Bristol Bay style fishing boats, the F/V Erica Renee and the F/V Lighthouse. He also commercially fishes for king crab through the sea ice in the winter by snowmachine.
