Serum Run Wish List

Below is a list of items needed for the 2006 Serum Run Team. If you would like to donate/purchase any items from the list as a "sponsor" or individual, it would greatly help offset the expense of running this historical race.

Not all these items are "musts.” Lithium batteries, for example are not a must,
though they are more dependable in the frigid temperatures.

This list is simply making an effort to show what the Serum Run Team
members have put on their "wish list."

 

  • 120 Bales of Straw - $850
  • Tape and Bags (Lawn size heavy duty) for Straw - $200
  • Shipment of Dog Food to Villages - $6,000
  • Shipment of Dog Boxes to Nome - $2,500
  • Shipment of Dogs Home from Nome - $2,500
  • Fuel for Snowmachines - $4,000
  • Oil for Snowmachines - $500
  • Lodging in 10 Villages - $400/village
  • Veterinary Supplies (misc. meds, IV’s, vet wrap, etc.) - $500
